Baby Boy Birth Announcement for Tara

This 5x7 card can be ordered in a variety of finishes, including pearl, linen, matte, satin, and glossy. The first pack (24 cards) costs $40 and additional cards may be ordered in sets of 4 for $5 per set. Approximate cost per card is $1.66 and that price goes down to $1.25 each for additional cards ordered (after the first 24). Prices include envelopes.

Downtown St. Louis Engagement Pictures

We had a great time working with Will and Laura for this downtown St. Louis engagement photo shoot! I love this couples enthusiasm and engery! We shot pictures at the Arch, Keiner Plaza, the Landing, and Busch Stadium. Thanks Laura and Will! We can't wait to work with you guys again on your wedding day!

I've decided to extend the Valentine's Portrait Special through Valentines day, but I would like to remind everyone that if they want their prints to be ready by Valentines Day, they have to have their pictures done by the 7th and ordered by the 9th! No exceptions. If you're not in a rush to get the pictures by Valentines day and perhaps just want cute updated photos of the kids, then feel free to schedule up until Valentines day.

It's that time of year again. Time for the Valentines Portrait Special.

This $20 special includes a 15-20 minute session and an 8x10 of your favorite pose. I am booking these sessions for Friday and Saturday, February 6th and 7th ONLY, so hurry and reserve your spot

I'm not entirely excited about the basic summer ones and the indoor fall stuff so I'd be glad to hear what your suggestions may be for those months August and November if you have any.

2010 Calendar of your child

If you enjoy having your child photographed throughout the year, consider this great gift idea. All those seasonal and holiday portraits you have taken at my studio would make GREAT pages in a calendar. If you can choose at least 12 photos from all your 2009 portraits, I can put together a custom 2010 calendar for you to give out as gifts this next Christmas! I know it seems early to be thinking about Christmas already, but for a gift like this, you've got to plan ahead. The winter wonderland photos would make a great January page and the valentines photos are perfect for February. A basic custom calendar costs only $30. Buy more than one, and they're even cheaper! And, if you come in for at least 10 of my portrait specials in 2009, you can get your first calendar at 50% off!

I've already completed my winter wonderland portait special for this year, but if enough people show an interest in doing a calendar, I'll put the winter wonderland scene up again later next month. This special is recommended for children ages 6 months through 8 years. Although younger and older children can be done, the pictures may not be as good.

I recommend choosing light colored clothing for this scene. For girls anything warm and pastel colored. Light colored formal dresses or casual and warm clothes would be perfect. The skirt Estelle is wearing in the photos above is from Target. I found it on clearance for only $2.48. I bought a couple extras in the following sizes in case someone wants to borrow them for their girls: 18 mo, 2T, and 5T. For boys, I recommend a blue sweater and kahki's or somethig along those lines.
